Terms of Acceptance
Upon registering for a specific Speed Dating event, you agree that you are not younger or older than the age range specified for the event that you have registered for. You understand and agree that under no circumstance, will the venue we select for your event, Speed Dating California, Exclusive Speed Dating, and employers or officers of the venue, Speed Dating California or Exclusive Speed Dating will be held responsible or liable to you directly or indirectly for any personal damages, including without limitation, any expressed or implied losses or damages arising from your participation in our Speed Dating event. Such waiver of liability includes, but is not limited to, any and all interaction or other association with any other participants from our events. Further, Speed Dating California and Exclusive Speed Dating make no guarantee, either expressed or implied, of any kind, regarding the participants of the event and the results to be expected at the event. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our own discretion.

Privacy Policy
Our policy is not to share or sell any of our customers' information to a 3rd party for any purpose, except as instructed during the Speed Dating event in which you attend and only to your authorized matches.

Cancellation Policy
All of our Speed Dating events are based upon the number of participants, therefore we do not require a minimum of 72 hours notice for you to cancel your participation in any event, to receive a full refund or reschedule for another event based upon availability. If you cancel with less than 72 hours notice, we will not have enough time to reschedule anyone else to take your place so we do not offer a cash refund. However, based upon availability, we will still try to reschedule, if you like, for another event, To cancel, simply click on the "Contact Us" link and complete the Online Form. Just list your name and which event you would like to cancel.
